Welcome Summers with these cool beverages

Everyone needs to be hydrated all the time but in summers as we sweat a lot we need to cover up that loss. There are many ways to hydrate yourself. First and foremost is Water itself and the other beverages you can make are as follow :

  • Buttermilk : Best drink for summers. You can make it sweet or salty according to your liking.
  • Fresh Fruit Juices: Make fresh fruit juice from the seasonal fruits. In summers prefer watermelon juice.
  • Lemon water
  • Coconut water
  • Smoothies

you can add fresh mint leaves in any of the beverage. Most importantly do not consume much caffeinated drinks as they make your body dehydrated.
